we are in business with the suppliers since 2018. that was our 4th Order and we order them Aluminum Sheets in various thicknesses. prior to the confirmation, we asked for the sample and they dispatched the correct material we placed the order and made payment of 30% and Balance before delivering.
But they sent Carbon steel plates instead of the Aluminum sheet. we contacted the sales manager and asked about the mistake. She told us that they will check their warehouse and let us know. It’s been 6 months there is no reply neither they are responding calls or texts.
