Andy, Junior Flex doesn’t accept Tisco position and will never make new purchases if not receive the money back regarding this material that does not match to the Inconel 625 LCF according to the laboratory.
We do not have unboxing video so on the same way, if this video is mandatory your company certainly have the video attesting that the material sent to Junior Flex is the Inconel 625 LCF, so check your register and send the report by an independent company.
Junior Flex paid 100% in advance for inconel 625LCF and received another material that does not match to any parameter of the standard, if your company does not assume a shipping mistake, I will assume that your company is a fraud and will forward to the lawyers.
